Hey guys, I'm in need of help !
I'm building an animation in which a guy fires a bazooka, but it looks limp and meh:

How can I fix this ? :(

try adding a smoke trail between the gun and the target. Bazookas and rocket launchers tend to be "recoilless", meaning they shoot exhaust out the back too. Tends to look like this!

Tried doing what you said. How does it look?
I also have a question: during recoil, does his cape stick to his body, or is it propelled as far as possible behind the guy?

the problem with the cape here is he doesn't actually move enough for it to stick to him like that. Perhaps if firing the weapon actually knocked him physically back some it'd work, but here he just kinda leans a bit.
honestly I can't see any force that would act particularly hard on the cape here with the current design, and adding knockback to the gun would have potentially unwanted gameplay implications.

Since the "sticking to him" of the cape was meh, I simply removed it, is it better this way ?

lil bit, bit now it's just freezing for a couple frames
