Title: Fantasy Girl Pose !!HELP!!

Hey

My latest project: http://www.game-core.net/vertigo/pink.png
It wont get accepted on PJ, I can understand why, but can someone
help me with the face/leather/metal? Any other tips are welcome too.
Also made three different heads to see what looked best, let me know :P

the dithering seems a bit excessive, especially on the gloves and boots.
