well, the last thing i posted (that crappy trophy thing) was fun to do and all, but i kinda feel like it doesn't show what i can really do pixelwise. i made this yesterday ~5 hours or so. 1 reference, but its slightly... err... pornographic. (that, and i have no idea where i got the reference from, and i didn't save it >:( )

things to do:
-fix the ear
-fix the hair.

The hair should not be your top priority right now. Her eye is all too far to the right, and compared to her nose and mouth it should be higher up and would require you to extend the top of her head. Her earlobe seems so be separated from her actual ear, so the ring looks like it's connected to her neck. You're also using an incredible amount of colours for the skin. You could do this with four or five, but that's up to you.
I think it would be beneficial for you and those making the crits to see the reference. If you are trying to make it look like the person in the picture, it's usually never a good idea just to rely on memory. I know you lost it, but try a little search first.

This is by far your best work...at least from what i have seen. But this can use some help, altho I wont be able to tell you how to fix the problem, i can tell you wat the problem is.
The eye is way to big, and the lips are off too. The ear looks odd and the ear ring is out of shape.
Btw great work on the hair.

you havent seen my older works that i lost when my computer blew =P they were a bunch better then this... but then again, you dont wana hear my life story... again...
althouh your right, this is the best ive done recently. thanks for the coments snake (your an awasome pixler btw, i love your work), on my next piece, ill try to fix those problems, but im prety much done with this one.
