I recently started working on a game and I was making a base.

I am having trouble animation him walking, when i make it, it looks like if he is having a heart attack. Also i was told i need a pallet edit, any help would be awesome.

Well, before you start animating, i'd suggest getting all of the perspective issues ironed out. His eyes are in a place on his head that suggests he is at eye-level with the camera, rather than at an angle (overhead.)
I'd suggest studying some RPG sprites and re-designing the character's position first.

he never said he was doing top-down did he? although the poses he used would indicate he is...
animations- 1 leg forward, opposite arm forward.-> other leg forward, first leg backwards, and each arm is in the opposite of its leg (arm forward, leg backward)

the angle will be face on, unless you can suggest a better one ;)

Okay, sorry, i guess i should have asked before assuming it was supposed to be in a top-down RPG style. Is it going to be a platform game, or is the pseudo-perspective style just your choice?

not sure wat you mean by pseudo-perspective :-[
well i think i got the front walk down, now i just need to fix back walk
