This character looks oddly cute for some reason. Maybe because he reminds me of Sloth from the Goonies (not alot. Just a little bit).  :)

I like the design of him. And the scarf is a very nice touch.
I don't really have any critiques for this. I think it looks good all around.
Looks like you still need to complete his left arm.

I'm going to assume his name is Potato. I gotta say, it suites him well. hehe

May I ask, is this based on a certain flash movie by the same name?

As for crits, the endings on his scarf blends with itself and the background, which I reckon is a placeholder? Because if there's going to be light on the ground, it might become out of place. The ground also seems a bit low if it's meant to be in perspective. ...unless he's a giant... which could be cool.  :y:

I really like the shading on this guy (besides the unfinished arm, of course), especially the shading on the folds of the shirt.  I have to say the shorts are bothering me, they don't seam to have as much attention on their shape and drape as the shirt does.

Otherwise he has tons of character.
