You'll grow to have a gradiented forehead? That's terrible.

Just kidding. But nonetheless, fix that shading and think about it like part of a sphere.

The mouth is nice for a line, but you could add some shadows a pixel or two above and below it to suggest lips.

The nose is a bit wide, maybe move the sides in 1 pixel each. Also antialias the shadows of the sides to cure their jaggies.

The face overall is a bit misshapen. I'm really pretty horrible with anatomy, but it might be that the forehead is so short and flat.

Use some of your greys and skintones to antialias the eyes and eyebrows., and add some ears while you're at it.

His head is too round, and the shading is a bit to symetrical, and dead on the middle of the face, not even sure what lighting would be used to achieve those shadows.

The outline's a little rough also.

I'm honestly tiring a bit of your smallish perfectly symmetrical faces that you keep pixeling.  Why not try something new?

I think i'll go with mod, the noose really is a bit to wide.
And the eyebrows are a bit tó white in my oppinion.

Looks a bit like someone sqished his head. Heads are a bit more eggshaped... even on old men. I also think the eyes are an issue. They look way too young for such a wrinkly face. Add some wrinkles around them, and maybe make them a bit smaller. Eyes say alot about the age of the person. Also, I think he should have ears, don't you?

Nice job with the wrinkles around the mouth and nose though! Idon't really agree with that the noce is too big/wide. There are all kinds of noses out there. I think you chose great skin colours for this piece btw.
