Title: [PAID] Seeking talented pixel artist partner for RPG

Hi All,

I'm a programmer and designer who has a bunch of experience shipping AAA games.
I'm currently spinning up a side project and I am in need of a talented artist. Given art is not my area of expertise I'm looking for more of a partner who can help set the art direction and vision.
I value the time of creatives and believe everyone should get paid for their work so I'm happy to figure out what fair compensation looks like, whether that's a per work fee, hourly, revenue share etc (or a combination thereof).

At a high level I'm looking to create a turn-based story-heavy modern-day RPG and the design calls for a crisp pixel art style with fluid animation rather than 8/16bit.
