Title: Anime Guy

Here's a pixeled image from my own original character I drew.

1) Save as .gif or .png, not .bmp.

2) You have brown outlines on the blue hair, which sticks out way to much. I think it is possible to apply them well, but I'm not sure of that, or how to do it for that matter. If you want, keep trying.

3) Your lines are a bit messy. Maybe use some selout, or just smoothen them out.

4) The beard thing is a bit squarish. Maybe round the highlight under it so that it looks more chin-curved.

That's about it for now. Just a few things to fix...

The whole jaw is more square in the pixel picture than in the drawing. It looks much better in the drawing.

The ears are freakishly large in the pixeled versions.

This perhaps could have been intentional yet his cranium seems to be leaning to the left.  Also give his mouth more of an arc; a simple flat line looks odd and abnormal.  Furthermore what happened to people having ordinary colored locks?  I know 95% of anime people don't...

Thanks guys, now I can get the idea of making some anime character pixel versions.

maybe combine the two face shadow tones, or just tweak the shadowing from the hair.  The shadows don't seem to be projected from the very clearly defined hair correctly.  style looks great!
