Title: Need pixel artist for NES style platformer

I'm looking for a pixel artist for a rather exciting project.  It will be a 2d platformer NES style game, with a combined art style of Mega Man meets Ghouls and Ghosts.  It's a simple platformer with solid gameplay but very little plot.

I want it to have NES style, 8 bit graphics, with parallax scrolling backgrounds.  While I want to limit the number of colors per character, and make sure the colors look good together, I don't care if I exceed the 25 allowed colors per screen.
