Title: [Paid] Looking for 2D Pixel Artists for Cargo Venture

Hello, I am currently working on a 2D Time management game called Cargo Venture. I need artists for various things in the game such as backgrounds, vehicles, title art and other assorted things. I am looking for an individual or an art studio who can do 2D pixel art for less than $20/hour AND can also work whenever needed as I may need art one week and then 3 months later might need more. Also I am funding this project with money from my job so I cannot pay for everything at once, I save up and then pay for what I can then save up again then repeat, which is why I need someone who is available whenever I need them. NOTE: I do not need someone this minute, I am just shopping around for artists/studios for when I need them. I estimate I will need someone within the next 3-4 months depending on when programming wraps up. Also please do not send me PM apps, they will not be read.
