Working on platformer, I am pretty happy with the running animation, but the jumping up is missing something and I'm not sure what to do...

I recommend animating your entire jump as a single animation, and then splitting it up into segments (jumping up, apex, falling down) for the engine when you're done. It'll make it easier to see each frame in context and judge it appropriately.
If you can squeeze it in, add anticipation frame at the beginning of the jump where the character bends their legs to launch themselves into the jump. It gives the jump more power and feels less artificial.

How high up is she jumping? The ponytail seems to indicate that it's a horizontal jump with very little vertical motion. The angle of the hair usually follows the angle of the jump. The motion of the legs, however, indicated a jump with more verticality.
I think the front part of the hair could use some motion, it looks stiff.
