Would love to get some feedback/critique on this bird

It is supposed to be a monster for a Pokemon like game.

The colours definitely gave me a Pokemon vibe. If you're going for a Pokemon style, then consider having some lighting on the outlines.

The beak tangents with the edge of the wing, making it look as if it's been bent by that line. Perhaps let the beak break out of the silhouette? It would probably help the sprite read better overall, too.

I agree with the line of the beak and wing looking off, as well, i don't like the 45 degree line on the tail.
