Title: [PAID] Looking for someone to do a set of road/street tiles

I am looking for someone to do a full set of street tiles with sidewalks for a top down modern RPG. I need to be able to do normal right angle streets and corners as well as circular roads like a round about. Looking for a version with sidewalks and a version that goes right up to grass. Also lines in the street and at the corners for cross walks.

The tiles need to be 16 x 16.

As for the pallet of the sidewalks and street  I am looking for something like this from beat cop:
