Well, I saw monsoon's topic, and the inspired me to try and pixel, so I tried to pixel ;D. A small head thingy, don't ask what it is, cause I don't know, so just comment on it please. 12 colors, probably 11 just with white.

Well the first thing I noticed is your lack of contrast. It only looks like you have about 3 or 4 colors. You could definately remove some of those, most of them infact. That's your main problem.
The only other problem would be the weird highlights on the eyes. They're kinda weird-looking in my opnion. Maybe tone them down, or just alter them a bit. That's just my opinion.
Other than that, it looks like a good piece. Monsoon definately has done his fair share of inspiring...

Ya, could use more contrast, I'll work on that tomorrow, and I will also work on the eyes, thanks for the comments
