Hi everybody - I have been commissioning artists to create different pieces that I can use on my writing blog and social media to showcase characters from a novel I am writing. You can see the characters and the artworks so far on my tumblr (http://beachsurgery.tumblr.com (http://beachsurgery.tumblr.com)). Essentially there is a girl, Katita, who is a nurse with a big samurai sword, and there is Leif, a man in a wheelchair with bandaged eyes carrying a big hand gun. They work together to take on mechs, protestors in animal masks, military police, and more, in a weird metaphysical action novel.
I am looking for a pixel artist to create a version of the 'Streets of Rage' character select screen (http://cdn.edgecast.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/71164/ss_00cf6dbec37aea721469f1fff7fa159acfe5c085.1920x1080.jpg?t=1461927691 (http://cdn.edgecast.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/71164/ss_00cf6dbec37aea721469f1fff7fa159acfe5c085.1920x1080.jpg?t=1461927691)) with my two characters. I would love for you to create a pixel art version of Katita's face and Leif's face (your own unique take on these are great, it shouldn't be exactly the same as the examples I've given) and also a pixel art version of Katita's character body and Leif's character body, in a similar style to Streets of Rage. And, then place them inside a character select screen. Is this something you think you'd be able to do?
