Title: 3 still images for Cut Scenes

Hey gang,

I need 3 still images for cut scenes in a new game.  All are at night. 1.) the white house  2.)a road blocked off by police 3.) a mountain with a UFO. I want them to look like the NES cut scenes that had a lot of black in them.

Looking to spend $35 USD. Any takers?
