Title: Need an artist for multiplayer project

Hello, I'm planning a strategy multiplayer game which will be competitive without any pay2win, I need an artist.I'm a programmer myself have a lot of experience with both, networking and game making.
Game will be pixelated, 'minimalistic' style. Anyone interested PM me.

It's difficult to become interested in a project based on such a vague description. What's the theme and premise of the game? What sort of look (theme and tone) are you going for? "Pixelated, minimalistic style" is extremely broad. If you're not sure how to describe what you want in words, provide links to some examples that are similar in style.

More concrete information on the work itself would also be very helpful to potential artists. What kind of artwork do you need, sprites, environments, props, animation? Will artists need to draw characters, vehicles, weapons, particles? What kinds of environments? How big are the sprites/tiles/whatever? How many different assets do you expect the artist will need to create?

Lastly, you've not mentioned anything about payment. As this is the paid work section of the forum, you should provide some information about that - how/when you'll be paying, what your art budget is, etc.

can you please explain more about the style like maybe give an example

agreeing with eishya, would you be able to give us more explanation about the payment??

i am fine with low payment aslong as it's upfront. if i am able to do it i will take the job, so that's if you are able to explain more about the style you want it in.
