Some lines I've put together. Inspired by what Terley is working on currently.
Anything I should fix before coloring?

Something seems wierd to me with his jawline, almost...mumps-y. I guess you'd probably fix it up with AAing as you color, though.

I have issues with the cheek, neck, and ear.
Any help anywhere is appreciated.

As i see it, you haven't defined the volumes of the face (using the lighting) correctly. Study the reference carefully (your own face, foto, whatever), notice how the shadows define volumes, and replicate it accordingly.
Also, the skin tones are too distant from each other, creating the need for heavy dithering (as in my example). If you want to avoid this, add intermediate colors to blend the tones, or bring them closer (i recommend the first approach, as to not induce loss of contrast as the second may, but it may add complexity in managing the increased number of colors).
P.S.: Turbo is in no way a dithering or palette expert/nerd. Take these advices at face value.
Also, it was fun playing with your face.

needs to be darker on the right side of the face to give depth and unless your all stuffed with fluff, just right of your chin needs some work, looks like a tumor right now.
I think with much care and love this can be a great piece, keep it up :)

I tried to fix what was pointed out.
I added two colors, removed one.

just an idea, but take away the hoodie, and give him a nice armani suit, make him a gangster!
I'm telling you, he's already got the face, and the look, just give him a suit, and a darkish background, finish up the head, give the hair some highlights and you're golden :)

Dogmeat, i've been reviewing your posts and it seems you tend to give alot of content related suggestions rather than critique on the image at hand. This is nearly off-topic material. Please keep your posts C+C oriented.
