Charisma, Psychokinesis, Dexterity, Strength and Intelligence

Odd one out, huh?
Charisma looks a little mean, though, wouldn't regular stripes for eyes be more... charismatic?

It's pretty unclear what a couple of these are. Charisma looks kinda generically evil, dexterity is just tall, and intelligence is just short.
Ideas for better portraying the concepts:
-relaxed posture, big smile for charisma
-Multiple arms for dexterity, perhaps a pose with an emphasis on balance or skill rather than a plain standing pose like that.
-Perhaps give intelligence goggles or nebulous tools, to imply a more scientific nature. Alternatively, motorized wheelchairs are now associated with folks like Hawking and Professor X, so that's always an option.
Also, on psychokinesis, perhaps have them be floating so it's clear they've got brain powers and not just a burning face? Would fit the third eye motif too, give it an overt monk feel.
