Hello Pixelnation Community,
Our small team is looking for a freelance graphic artist on a semi-tight budget.

Each NPC (non-playing character) has 18 frames.
If you are interested, we do have a number amount of NPC's we will want you to make that fit our theme. For reference, you can go to http://www.rsclegacy.com (http://www.rsclegacy.com)
Please PM me on this forum if you are interested, and a price per NPC to be completed for all 18 frames.
