I'm not at all sure what this is supposed to be.
It looks like a pair of scissors made out of pencil shavings??

I'm also not sure if this should be in the pixel art section, since the background clearly indicates dirty tools.
Also, guys, don't be mean it clearly says in the title that it is a demon death spirit.
