Hi, I need an artist that can draw me a character, which has a few animations.
#1 Running = 3 frames +-
#2 Jumping = 1 frame
#3 Climbing = I'm not sure how many frames, maybe 3-4 ???
#4 Death = 1 frame(I'll explain this in detail)
width: 35px
height: 35px
I'm not sure how much to charge, $10-$20?

This should cost a lot more than 10-20 bucks, it's 8 frames minimum, with the climbing and death animation being entirely redrawn sprites. I wanna say you are more around 50-70 dollars, depending on the expertise of the artist.

for me, its 55$+.each new animation frame cost 5$ and for a creating a new character is 10$-15$.
9 given number frames to work with x 5 = 45$
i don't know yet what style i'm handling for creating a new character,for now, it's 10$
I don't know what kind of game you're making but I would love to help you out to sort how many frames you need before we can finalize the price
