Hi. Here are some stuff from the game that I am making.

This is really cool!! What type of game are you making?

Its a strategy with one 2D screen. You have a castle which you have to defend and build bigger. Then you use magic to lift your castle off the ground and move it to a new place. And so on.
You can play a similar game on addictinggames.com its called "Age of Castles"

30 stages wow, the last looks so über! If you like I'll also help you color some of them, just give me directions. I like the gameconcept, I only don't get the flying castle part, so you can actually fly with it?? :-\

No, it's looks something like this and is used only to advance to the next level.

When you conquer all the enemies in the area and collect enough magic crystals, you just press the button and fly to the next level.
I was like how big was it going to be?
That's the point. :) Player should be all excited to see how the castle is gonna look on the next level.
Maybe some time later I will do 20 more levels. It's not that hard. (Except for coloring)

Well, actually, only the towers are a bit lower than usual, everything else is upgraded. There is even a new wall.
And yeah, I am a bit late with the colored version.

How on earth does that have 256 colors? O_o beats me...
The castle idea is very cool IMHO, but the coloring needs some improvement. Since it's very late I'll skip in-depth critique right now, but I'm going to keep an eye in this one. Just a small suggestion: Try checking the image again, I don't think there are 256 colors there and if there are, it may be due to some auto aa or something like that. What software are you using for making these, Lancelot?

Sorry, I wasnt clear. I used a standard windows 256 color palette. There are like 15 actual colors there.
For the lineart i use MS Paint, it suits my needs very well. Coloring is done in Macromedia Fireworks but Im gonna switch to something better.
The castle idea is very cool IMHO, but the coloring needs some improvement.
I'd love to hear what comments you have. (Im not being sarcastic :] )

What I personally miss is some shading - Pick a light source (say above and to the left of the castle) and stick to it throughout the evolution process. It will give it volume and will help define the 3d shapes better since right now it's looking a bit flat.
I have to say I'm really curious as to how this will turn out, the castle designs are good and I don't recall ever seeing a game with so many evolutionary steps for a single castle.

Well, I did use some shading, but only on the rounded objects, like those towers.
