Title: [WIP][C&C] another practice piece

Another practice piece, I'm really not used to doing larger style pixel art, its more like drawing.

I'm not really sure what direction I was trying to go with this, kept getting caught between line art and solid colour styles.

Aye, the lack of cohesion shows in a few places. I'd redo this as a sketch with lines, then on an entirely different set of layers color-block bits in.
It'll help you refine it easier.
As it is, it'll probably be best to scrap what's been done here and move forward for now by starting with those construction lines.

newly redrawn from scratch. playing with a new Wacom tablet too <3 so a bit of a learning curve

Quick edit. I won't elaborate.
Hands need to be redone, but that is a lot of work for a piece that I'm really not interested in.
