Hey guys, I`m quite new to this Site and Pixelart in general and I would love if you guys could give me some critique on my first piece of art . :)

Welcome to the forum,
a general tip: Don't scale up the images. The forum has the feature to scale them up by clicking on them. And if someone wants to make an overpainting it is easier for them if they can just grab it without the need of scaling it back down again.

Asides from that, i like what you did there :)
