Title: [WIP] I'm having trouble with folds.

The shading doesn't seem right. I can't make it look natural if any of you could give me some guidance I would appreciate it.

You need to choose a light source, otherwise your stuff will look pillowshaded. i just said the light comes from the left so i just shaded that way.

A good way to think about folds is to think about the stiffness of the fabric and specifically where the fabric catches on the figure underneath them!
For example, the legs don't seem to be affecting the folds terribly much despite his squat clearly pushing the bottom of it out some, ideally it would catch on his hips and knees!

I just changed the stance put some shadow and fixed some folds.
