So I made this, I guess Ill post it before I do to many animations for it. I dont know. Im working on a evil garden backround right now so. Anyway, feel free to tear it up. I wont shade the character, I actually want to finish this game lol. BUt I dont mind putting a bit more effort into it. Let me know if he looks to much like another character. Im not trying to rip anyone off.   :D

There's really no shading except for inside the cape.  The form looks good though. 
The head seems like a after thought.  Have you considered some outlining?  It would unify the character a bit more and make it stand out against the background.

I'm really interested in this 'evil garden'.

I would try color shifting just a little bit to not make the character's reds look too overpowering yet bleak. However, with such a small sprite, I was still able to recognize each part of the character, so you've got a good form down. :y:

I think you should put more emphasis on the crazy punk look she(?) seems to be rolling here! from the side-sprites it looks like she has kind of a spiked side-cut going on that is lost in the front-facing sprite, don't be afraid to make it assymetrical if that was your intent!
A manic smile can add a lot.
I'd also tweak the head shape some, it's way too circular! in a few of these! Another shade to help define the divide between face and neck could help a lot too!

Oh cool, someone is intrested in my bgs. Ill post my evil garden when I get the entire map finished up. Dont want over 20 posts for another map lol. The hunter is a boy or a girl. I dont think Ill define its gender.

Anyway, I guess I haaaave to do some shading. I took everyones advice cause yall are boss mo fo's.

I dont really like the green or bright red.

Looks way more solid now, good work!
I did some minor color tweaks, I usually default to blues for teeth since it contrasts well with skintones (way better than white does) and you had blues already involved in the picture.
I also tweaked the neck shading and head shape some so the jaw made more sense!
However, I'd say these are more lateral changes than improvements, and are more meant to give you some ideas! Excelllent work.

I know you said you hated the green cape.. but I actually like it. that and the second one. a very cool character design imo

Well, it dosnt look to bad, Ill condiser it. The second one works out to. Maybe Ill just have her/him change his cap/jaket color thing every so often.
