so this my best run cycle yet,see any ways to improved it?

Does he have arms? If so you should probably make them move, but if you want it to stay like that I think it looks fine. I really like the way you animated the cape, and I liked how you shaded, very simple. I'm not an expert, but I think it looks really good!  ;D
