Hello, we are looking for an artist to join our team for a Ragnarok Online private server. We have been around for over two years and are expecting to pay $25/hour for an artist who can emulate the style, payment is negotiable.
Animated hairstyles, character sprites, mob sprites, items and the like are all things we'll likely request.

I have since then written 3 emails inquiring about my payment to the group. All of my emails were ignored and I haven't been paid as promised.
You have my paypal, please advise and keep true to your commitment.

We've had troubles with Paypal that we thought would be solved more quickly than they were. Our apologies regarding a lack of response, we assumed it would have taken a few hours at best to resolve. You should have received your $10 by now.

Has anyone ever heard back from this person or got hired? I sent my samples about 45 days ago, got a reply that they were received and were being considered, after that no response yet although emailed them again and PMed them here in the forum.
I was also not payed for the samples I sent despite what they promised.
Was he even really coming from the Ragnarok Online developers or there really is some miscommunication ?

No, he is not on the Ragnarok Online developer team, but he also never said that he was. He is a part of a server created and hosted by other people.
I understand , thank you for the clarification. He should have payed since he announced it though, it is not that I care about the 10$ , but the attitude.
