This here is something I recently finished more or less to the best of my ability. There's not really a whole lot of things I can come up with to improve it. Which is why I'm posting it here to try and get some feedback on things I can do that I'm not aware of. :v

I think he looks great so far ;D

Maybe you should work on the outlines a little more so it is less jaggy, particularly around the neck shield and the left hand.

I am not sure about the dithering on the shoulder plates, maybe you should add another color so the color transition is more smooth? I am pretty sure his left hand should be casting some form of shadow over the cloak, and maybe you could add some folds to the cloak?

in terms of the underlying structure its good, but you need to pay a bit more attention to your lightsources

I made a quick edit to give you an idea of what i mean. its not perfect, but it should send you in the right direction. Especially pay attention to the angle the light hits the surface at, the texture of the surface (in this case mostly metal) and the distance between the lightsource and the surface.
