Hello Pixelation!

I work for an advertising agency and we are looking for a talented 8-bit/16-bit artist/animator to help with some online content for a large national insurance brand. This is a paid job (rate negotiable) and would be recurring work for the next few months. Artist MUST be located in the United States.

Could I ask if there is a reason for US applicants only? Or is it just a personal preference?
I've worked on plenty of international teams and it hasn't bern an issue.
