Title: Looking for pixel artist to do a prototype character

I am looking for someone to develop a retro NES style punk rock skateboard character. The game will be a top down zelda style RPG based on skater punks. I am looking for an old school NES palette kind of vibe similar to Skate or Die for NES. 

The dimensions would be around 10 px wide x 22 pixels tall. I am looking for a run cycle in 4 directions. 4 - 8 frames maybe for each direction animation? The character would be in blue jeans and a grey long sleeved shirt.
