Title: Looking for artist for Character and Tile sprites

Hello all!

I've been running a fantasy DnD game for many years utilizing my large collection of Legos.  I'm looking for an artist that can take my reference Lego characters, objects, scenes and bring them to life with the artist's own, unique style (not maintaining the studded, blocky Lego style).  I've got a lot of flexibility and would love to see what people can do.

I'm looking for graphics to be either:

- Characters 16x24 px and Tiles 16x16 px
- Characters 24x36 px and Tiles 24x24 px
- Characters 48x72 px and Tiles 48x48 px

I will of course compensate you for these services.

 Thank you all for the many responses to this posting!  I've received responses from numerous candidates and am currently working with many of them to find the right artist for the job.  I am not currently accepting any additional applications, but thank you very much none-the-less!
