 Any tips on improving this, just seems a bit flat. Any help is appreciated!!!

Also don't scale up images. There is an auto scale feature that allows us to scale an image simply by clicking on it.

Loads fine.

Critique: Noise can flatten an image. It has an equalizing effect. Try to isolate areas you include it, if any. In general it's not recommended unless very controlled, because pixels are so precious... If you think of this not as pixel art, suddenly he's covered in flesh colored skin tags, or maybe there's tooth sized glitter filling the air.
