I am not touching the shading yet, want to make sure pose, proportions etc are right first:

The anatomy seems to be checking out so far, the right foot (our left) seem to be a bit wonky, though. Still, great work!

Looks good! I would say take look at the chin and shoulders area.

Doin good! His left foot still doesn't look pointy enough though!

Changed some color contrast, shading, experimented with pants and head and more smaller details.
Let me know which changes are positive.
