I am new to this forum and i am looking for some constructive feedback on my pixel art so i can improve my skills.

by nearly doubling the resolution and redrawing it in its entirety, if I had to hazard a guess  :blind:

Add a .png to the end of the image address or you cant see it unless you go on imgur where its blurred and you cant zoom in.

Probably You have to reduce brightnes of those teeth. Its looking like they would be synthetic or bright first child teeth.
