Title: [PAID] I need a pixel artist / 2D CG Artist for Dating sim / RPG Game

I'm doing an up front payment for an artist that can create a 32x32 tile scene for both the level 2.5D like tile level and battle scene ( I will provide pictures to explain).

 I am looking for someone that can do an art style similar to 80's art style anime . Eg Dirty Pair.

This is an on going project that will take 2 to 3 months. I am willing to pay up front per spritesheet for all efforts.

The spritesheet must be .png format and transparent. Aligning doesn't matter so much, since, I will rearrange the sprites / tile myself.

I need another artist for  Graphic Novel  Scenes and Characters. I don't have a strict requirement yet, but I do want a similar Anime style like the Pixel Art material I expect.

The Screen size I am assuming for the world is 800x480 px.
