Well hey guys, haven't been on in a long long time :P and i haven't pixel-ed in about 6 or 7 months so i might be rusty ( even thow i was rusty 6 months ago also :-\ ) Well heres a Char i got from the Lineart exchange. I dunno but i have seen a char like this before and i just really liked him ;D, i am going 2 change the Brown paper bag for a Cardboard box, just seems kooler that way...well here it is :D just started him so i don't really aspect alota Crits :hehe:

His right knee seems too small. The pose is nice and its a good idea.

the characters name is actually faust. hes from guilty gear.

@Crl: yea i saw that he said it was Faust but i have an idea of a char similar 2 him but, so iam going with what i want em 2 look :D
@VictorR: Heh, thanks for the edit, but your edit has alota problems in it. Mostly in there, there is like 4 dif light sources and theres a pillow shade effect :O, iam not going to go without he Dither ither. Ima go with some nice AA for this one :D thanks thow

[IMO]You should make it less Faust and more your own. Keep the head, but repose the body to something less recognizable. Well, to someone who's played Guilty Gear before. Still, no offense, but it seems kind of cheap.[/IMO]
That's not to diss your art, though. It's coming along really well so far.

I really love the character design, infact i wish i came up with it lol.

So.... i kinda put a hold on the Pose for now ( ill finish it another day )
But, i made myself a Avatar for the forum. I know that the front is flat i know i know, but i like it like that( cant think of any other way to shade it, and dither is " Blah "..... )

If you were to angle the box just slightly, you could add a lot to the portrait, in terms of interest and realism.

That's a no-no firstly. Secondly, I think the shirt could use some AA make it a bit smoother.. I do like the character though. ;D

Looks pretty nice. It could use some shading and AAing at the neck.
And the shirts could aslo use some AA.
