Hey there,

Currently me and my partner are trying to recruit a artist thats willing to join the team for a longer period of time.
Im the programmer and hes the financer. You will be getting paid for the work you do. Or you may choose between a cut of the profit.
You need to be able to work "fast" and show quality work.
Also you need to be able to think with the team and work close with the programmer(s). For now just me.
Any ideas brought by you will be considered to be implemented.
You need to be able to speak proper english and u have to be communicative towards the team.
You need to be that third guy that helps us with the resources we got.

You might want to throw in there what type of game you are making so the artist knows what they are getting into art wise like is it a top down shooter,RPG,platformer or other and maybe throw up a screen shot of the art style you are looking for from the artist.
