Title: Pixel art like Chrono Trigger Style 1000$ - Long term gig

I am looking for a reliable pixel artist who can do sprites like Chrono trigger, i had a guy and he was very good, but not reliable at all.

This is a demo for a game, so you will be building a few locations, NPC's, monsters and such.
