Branding our forum has been an important mission of mine this past year to bring back a sense of pride, spirit, and hopefully activity. As part of this branding, in addition to the new forum skin (http://wayofthepixel.net/index.php?topic=19677.0), I was able to secure Pixelation.org for us. It took some work (it wasn't on the market) but I was able to make a deal with the owner :)
So we are now officially Pixelation.org! Crow is updating the site settings this very moment to redirect old links. We probably won't be abandoning wayofthepixel.net though, we have plans to use it in the future as a sort of hub for all things Pixel Art related (links to pixel communities, pixel-wiki, and perhaps a blog). That won't happen immediately, but we'll be working on it.
Here's to Pixelation! !yus!

Neat! I always thought of ''way of the pixel'' as more of a motto though? Isn't that why Bruce is around? ???
-
This is wonderful. Well done.

Thanks everyone :D
@Reo
Bruce has been with us since the beginning and he'll continue to be, but the phrase "way of the pixel" was began to be used after we bought the wayofthepixel.net domain. It's still a good motto to associate with us though.

Not true actually. It's been with us since the purple skin:

oh what do you know. I may bring back the way of the pixel tagline. Just want to make everyone aware and use to the new domain for a while

This is really cool. :)
Small thing I stumbled upon due to the domain change: I frequently look at old threads and find a lot of lost/broken image links (e.g. this particular gem (http://pixelation.org/index.php?topic=10694.0)) and then I use the Wayback Machine ( http://web.archive.org/web/ ) to look for snapshots in time which may have preserved the images. So... now, when I lookup things there, I just need to remember to replace "pixelation.org" with "wayofthepixel.net" in the search string on the Wayback Machine to find a snapshot with working images intact (http://web.archive.org/web/20120917000914/http://wayofthepixel.net/index.php?topic=10694.0) of old threads.
