Title: Critique needed! Character sprite.

Heyo, I would like for you to critique my sprites for a game and get some advice on how to improve them.
Here are the sprites in 4 directions:

P.S. Sorry if you can't see the last pixel in the arms and legs, the color was just like the background of the forums.

In my opinion the second one looks better. I really like this character and the animations! I also have a tip: you can make an enemy of the character if you make another one with red skin!
