Title: Beginner need feedback

This is my first actual posting of my pixel art. I have been working on stuff and now i feel like i need some feedback in order to progress. This is a picture I did of Harley Quinn from suicide squad its simple,and cartoony but i'm sure there is plenty to learn from its feedback

First of you should put your link in image tags as not everyone likes to click on links but as this isn't really important I'm going to do it :D

Saving your images as jpg is a bad idea as it adds unnecessary noise and it makes it harder to edit. Saving as png would be best
Also there is no need to scale it up.

Your shading is slightly off, and like the past guy said, no need to scale  :lol:
