Title: [Paid] Pricing for 1-2 pages of a comic?

This isn't strictly pixel related, but are there any artists available that can mimic this style and size for a comic to be used as cutscene in a game?

I have $100 to spend. I feel like 2 pages for $100 is probably pushing my luck, but is $100 for something similar to the above reasonable?

Something of that quality? 100$ for half a page is probably a closer bet.
