Title: Graphic Artist for banner/character art and Sprite artist

Im looking for a good graphic artist who can draw anime characters in a similar style to http://img9.mmo.mmo4arab.com/bns/2012/12/02/classtest640.jpg for good rates! as well as a sprite artist who can make clothes for animations for my sprite.
