Title: Some kind of bug wing (Help will be thanked)

so i was bored and decided to see how good would be at making a bug wing.

Not good enough, tough the shell part looks good for being made by me XD

Any help with the wing part?

I doubt anyone's going to pixel a wing for you before you make the effort yourself.
If you're bored, then you have the time to google bug wings, make multiple sketches to understand their structure, and attempt a few in pixel.
I would be happy to critique such a wing.

My mistake. There's been a series of topics posted essentially asking for someone else to do the work. I don't really understand what you said, something about a shell, and so I thought what you drew was the shell.

That said, that doesn't look like any bug wing I've ever seen, you went very heavy on the AA and very light on the underlying structure. Which is to say, AA is not going to make up for lack of understanding.
So my original suggestion still stands: sketch bug wings first. If you can't bring yourself to do that, you will not learn how to make bug wings.

u should practice drawing the whole bug not just a wing.
as joe said u need use reference to do multiple sketches of multiple bugs if ur going to get anywhere.

Looking at it I wouldn't know it's a wing.
Only because you've said so does my mind want to see it as one.
It sort of looks like a leaf, or something.
It's hard to say.

In art comparison and context are really important.
It would do you well to at least the construct the rest of the bug with minimal drawing.

The other advice from these guys is well put, so try it out and see where it takes you.

I did actually made a second one but it was lost, so now im kind of angry about it, so probably im not going to finish it for now XD
