PAYMENT: I do not pay by the hour. I pay by the number of icons you do for me (preferably by the pack of icon.)
SEND-ME: A portfolio with a good amount of work (recent work) & a price per icon
BUDGET: I don't have a budget. If you tell me a price per icon. I make the amount of money I need to pay you.
HOW-WILL-THE-PAYMENT-GO: ONLY through PayPal. I pay you half of the amount you initially told me. Then I pay you the rest when YOU send me the icons (first).
