Title: Bombernauts Early Access Anouncement Trailer. Whee!
Post by: ptoing on July 01, 2015, 05:02:46 pm
So here is the trailer:

This is what I have been working on mostly for the last 1.5 years on and off. Still a good way to go until everything is done, but it already is very solid in all the relevant places.

More info on the website too
www.bombernauts.com (http://www.bombernauts.com)

Hope you folks enjoy what you see :)

Great work, Ptoing!

Looks great - Very PSX-to-DC era, but feels original, super strong identity all the way through. Hope it performs well, it looks like a lot of fun.   :y:

Thanks :) It will be interesting to see how people will recieve it. So far the feedback from people who watched the trailer is very positive in general.

Early access will also be interesting, we plan to take in sensible feedback from the userbase and all that.

This looks like it will be fun.

I assume there will be local co-op? Cause I'm always on the lookout for good games with local co-op, not enough of them these days.

Thanks, everyone. :)

It's visible on the store now, http://store.steampowered.com/app/246920/ (http://store.steampowered.com/app/246920/), in case people wanna put it on their wishlists for now or something.

PsylentKnight: No local for now. The coder will look into trying to add it later on, but unless he can come up with a nice way to do it (no splitscreen) it will not happen. The thing is that you can rotate the camera and a lot of levels are quite vertical. This would not work with local play. So it would need some changes in the camera setup as well as specific levels for local. So it might happen or it might not, no promises on that topic.
