Hello,

Some pixels are reused from the joker.
Like a evil.

please don't upscale ur art this forum has built in scaling feature so please repost at 1:1.

I'm seeing banding in ur shading.
try avoid pure grey ramps, offset with some subtle hues.
hair needs more saturation.
u don't need to saturate all colours in the ramp but the mid-dark colours could use more.
try shading the hair with clusters and highlights instead of resorting to literal lines.
u only need to suggest a few lines to give the impression of hair.

I replaced the upscaled picture with original one.
And I will try to make some modifications according your suggestion ;D

I remember seeing your joker piece, but seeing this makes me instantly think joker in a wig, so I think you need to adjust the face some more to like more like harley.  To Repeat what decroded said I think you should simplify it a little, its coming off too messy.

Exactly joker in a wig!
I think the eyes make it like joker as the face and the lip have been adjusted to differ with joker.
The updated picture has been posted.
I simplify the hair and repaint the face.
How about this one?
