Title: [C+C]First attempt at Hue shifting

It's Akito again.
I always liked how artists use hue shifting so I wanted to try it myself.
Here is my first attempt with the palette.

I'm not really good at drawing more traditional japanese style clouds but its a start. Tell me what you think.
